Add a batch — scan a folder

Pick any folder on this machine that contains (or sits above) the run's data — vocview searches it recursively for .D folders, so the parent of the data folder works too. Nothing is copied: files are read in place. Every load creates a NEW independent batch, even from the same folder.

The scan proposes the batch name automatically and pre-fills the method / sequence-log fields when it finds exactly one of each inside the picked tree — then the usual create flow runs.
